1. Providing 24/7 Documentation Services
   Clients can use our online platform to arrange container pick-up for loading and submit customs declaration documents at any time—including outside regular business hours, on weekends, and during holidays. This helps clients extend operational windows and improve efficiency.

2. Providing 24/7 E-Customer Service — "Xiao Lian"
   By scanning the "Xiao Lian" QR code (see image below) via WeChat, clients can access UA SWA's 24/7 electronic customer service. They can inquire in real-time about all key milestones and information—from the release of the Shipping Order (SO) by the shipping line until the vessel's departure—including but not limited to:

   • SO gate-open & documentation deadline times,

   • Container availability status,

   • Container pick-up and return times to the terminal,

   • Customs declaration and release status of containers,

   • Vessel estimated time of departure (ETD),

   • Sailing schedules for the upcoming three weeks.
     All information is dynamically updated, reflecting the latest real-time statuses and timelines.
