Service Scope

1. Supplier Pickup in China

Supplier delivery or cargo pickup can be coordinated according to each supplier’s address, cargo quantity and estimated completion date.

When goods are located in Guangzhou, Foshan, Dongguan, Shenzhen, Zhongshan or other Chinese cities, pickup arrangements can be planned according to supplier locations, cargo-ready dates and the intended shipping schedule.

2. Multi-Supplier Warehouse Consolidation

Goods from different suppliers or cities can be received at one warehouse and identified by customer name, purchase order, carton number or shipping mark.

When suppliers have different completion dates, finished goods can be received first and held at the warehouse until the remaining orders are ready for export.

3. Cargo Arrival Checking

The received package quantity, external packaging, shipping marks and arrival status can be checked against the information provided by the supplier.

Visible packaging damage, quantity discrepancies or unclear shipping marks will be reported to the customer for confirmation. Any requirement to inspect product quantities, models or internal cargo condition must be confirmed separately before shipment.

4. Warehousing and Shipping Coordination

Once all goods have arrived, the next shipping plan can be determined according to the total volume, total weight, packaging condition and delivery requirements.

If a supplier is delayed, the available options may include waiting for the remaining goods, shipping in separate batches or adjusting the booking plan.

5. LCL Ocean Freight Booking

For general cargo that does not require a full container, LCL ocean freight can be arranged according to the port of loading in China, destination port, cargo volume, weight and commodity details.

LCL cargo is normally loaded in the same container as cargo belonging to other customers. Fragile, oversized, overweight, non-stackable or special cargo must be checked before booking to determine whether standard LCL shipping is suitable.

6. Export Customs Document Coordination

We assist customers and suppliers in coordinating commodity descriptions, packing details, weights, dimensions, declaration information and supporting export documents.

Export and declaration requirements may vary according to the commodity, shipping arrangement and destination. The final requirements must be confirmed using the actual cargo information.

7. Shipping Documents and Progress Updates

Customers can receive progress updates during booking, warehouse receiving, export customs declaration and vessel departure, together with the applicable shipping documents.

A single logistics contact helps customers reduce repeated communication with multiple suppliers, warehouses and transportation providers.
